How are contexted reports created?

contexted.ai is built with the OpenAI LLM. Our proprietary AI model was developed in conjunction with healthcare professionals and industry experts to create a unique approach to analysing chat communications. Our experts carefully selected the most relevant and up to date research and insights used in the modern field of psychology and psychotherapy to create contexted.ai.Chat files are analysed by AI only, without any human intervention - keeping your personal communication private and delivering an independent and objective analysis.

Is my data secure?

The confidentiality of our customer data is very important to us and pivotal to the success and reputation of contexted.ai. Your data is end to end encrypted and we have strict privacy rules within contexted.ai to ensure your data is secure and remains private. To learn more about data security click here.

How long does it take to create my report?

Reports are usually created and sent to you within a short period of time (1-2 hours), depending on the length and complexity of your chat history. However, when we see a high volume of report requests, report generation might take longer. We will give you a heads up if your report will take longer than 3 business days to be sent.

How do I download my chat history file?

WhatsApp chat history download

  • Open WhatsApp on your phone

  • Open the chat you want to export

  • Tap the three dot menu in the top right corner of the chat

  • Click 'More >' on the bottom of the menu

  • Tap on export chat

  • Select to export chat Without media

  • The chat history .txt file will download to your phone

How much chat history is required?

The more history there is in the chat, the more detailed and comprehensive the report will be. It is difficult to provide an exact reference point, such as time period as it also depends on how often you have been texting with that person. The report quality and length will also depend on the variety of your conversation with your counterpart. A few months chat history is sufficient if contact has been frequent and the chat history covers a variety of circumstances and conversation topics.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

We do not currently limit the size of the file you can upload and analyse. We have tested our model with history files spanning a few months to almost a decade of conversation.

Can I upload media?

No, contexted.ai cannot (yet) analyse media files and only .txt files are accepted as upload.

Can contexted.ai analyse voice notes?

We can't currently process voice notes included in your chat history. Be aware that frequent conversations via voice note will be omitted from the chat history and therefore the analysis and your report.

Can I order multiple reports for the same chat?

You can purchase as many reports as you like and upload the same chat history for each purchase. The analysis reports for your chat may vary but will overall yield similar conculsions and insights, albeit might for example provide and highlight different examples to support its analysis.

Can I upload more than one file?

If you have chat history files with the same person but from different platforms, you can upload several chat history files for analysis. Bear in mind that if you upload chat history files with different people, your analysis report will be inconclusive.

I'm not happy with my report, what can I do?

To keep your personal files and conversations private, reports are created by contexted.ai without any human intervention or quality control. Our AI has been tested extensively to ensure it delivers high quality and consistent reports. If for whatever reason you are not happy for your analysis please get in touch via hello@contexted.ai with your concerns and we will make sure to address them and rectify the issue.

How long are Communication Insights Reports?

The length of your report will largely depend on the length and depth of your chat history. Usually reports range from 10 to 30 pages.

About

We want to make mental health more accessible to everyone and go beyond commercial remedies like meditation and self care. We want to raise awareness of common psychological issues that we encounter frequently and with varying degrees of intensity in our day to day lives. With contexted.ai we start to decompose and introduce some concepts of contemporary psychology and psychotherapy. This is a first step towards bringing awareness and education about mental health and healthy relationships to the wider public. As we continue to broaden, deepen and evolve our research which started in 2021, we will develop and release more complex, accurate and hopefully even more helpful tools that help navigate the challenges of interpersonal relationships and self awareness.
